K Marsh Plumbing & Heating Ltd – Service Plan Terms & Conditions
1. General Overview
• These service plans are provided by K Marsh Plumbing & Heating Ltd.
• Plans are available to domestic residential properties only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Plans are non-transferable between properties without prior approval.

2. Payments & Cancellations
• Monthly Plans: Payment is made via Direct Debit. First payment must clear before services can be redeemed.
• Annual Plan (Platinum): Must be paid in full upfront.
• You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days’ notice. No partial refunds will be issued for time unused on annual plans.
• We reserve the right to cancel your plan at any time with 30 days’ notice if terms are not adhered to.

3. Boiler Service / Gas Safety Certificate
• Includes one annual boiler service OR one landlord gas safety certificate (CP12) per year.
• Additional certificates can be arranged at a discounted rate.
• Boiler services must be scheduled during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm).

4. Callouts
• Unlimited callouts apply Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm.
• Callouts outside these hours are chargeable unless otherwise agreed.
• Only issues related to plumbing or heating are covered. Electrical issues, appliance breakdowns, or third-party faults are not included.

5. Repairs & Discounts
• 10% discount applies to labour and parts for any repair not covered by the plan.
• Any faults identified during inspections are eligible for discounted repair under your plan.

6. Visual Inspections
• Includes a basic visual check of 3 plumbing or heating items during your annual visit.
• No dismantling or testing is carried out unless quoted for separately.

7. Blockages (Silver, Gold & Platinum Plans)
• Covers 2 internal waste blockages per year (e.g., sinks, basins, baths).
• Must be within accessible pipework and properly installed.
